Day-Of Details

What is the date and time of the wedding?

Saturday 21st June, 2025. The ceremony starts at 1pm, so please arrive between 12.15pm-12.45pm.

Will the ceremony/reception be indoors or outdoors?

We’re hoping to spend as much time outside for the wedding, so both the ceremony, reception and dinner will all be outside. If it rains we have covered options, but will still be outside for most of the day so please dress according to the weather that day!

What is the dress code?

English summer garden party vibes - we’d love to see lots of colour!

Ladies: think summer dresses, two pieces, jumpsuits. We’ll be on the lawn for the drinks reception so think carefully about heels! If you’re set on stilettos, consider these heel stoppers .

Gents: a suit or button-down shirt & chinos with a tie. No shorts please!

What time does the wedding finish?

Sadly the music will be wrapping at 11.30pm, with the venue closing at midnight. Uber/Lyft don’t operate in the area, so please make sure to book a taxi in advance - we have suggested local taxi firms here.

Where can I see the schedule for the day?

You can find the full schedule here !

RSVP and Attendance

How do I RSVP & when is the deadline?

You can RSVP here! Please let us know if you can attend by Sunday 20th April, 2025.

What should I do if I need to change my RSVP?

Please re-submit the RSVP form - your previous response will be updated with your new response. If you need to change it after Sunday 20th April, please let George and Izzy know as soon as possible after.

What should I do if I have dietary restrictions?

We’ve added options for all dietary restrictions on the RSVP form so please let us know if you have any requirements/preferences or allergies there. If you want to double check anything, please get in touch with George or Izzy.

Can I bring a plus-one?

Unfortunately we do have a restriction on numbers so we’ve had to reserve invites for close friends and family only. Please only RSVP for the named guest on your email invite(s).

Are children allowed at the wedding?

As much as we love your children, for everyone to fully enjoy the day we’ve decided on an adults-only celebration. We hope this gives you a chance to also relax and have fun!

Travel and Accommodation

Are there recommended hotels nearby?

Yes! We have a full list of recommended local hotels and b&bs here . You can also search for ‘Bignor Park’ in Airbnb and it will show you options closest to the venue.

Unfortunately not - we recommend either driving or getting a taxi - you can find a list of recommended local taxis here.

Is there parking available at the venue?

Yes! You can park your car for free outside the venue - there will be signage on the day. Cars can be left overnight but will need to be collected by 10am latest the following day.

Miscellaneous

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

We want to see your lovely faces during the ceremony, so please keep your phones and cameras tucked away - our photographer will be on it! Photos throughout the rest of the day are highly encouraged though.

Do you have a gift registry?

We really mean it when we say your presence is more than enough! If you do want to gift something, we will be putting together a small gift registry in the next couple of months.

Yes, you can find details of the plans for the following day here.
